Artwork Submission Guidelines
We accept artwork files in the following formats: PDF, PSD, AI, PNG, EPS, CDR, TIFF, JPEG, and others. All artwork must be created with a resolution of at least 300 DPI to ensure high print quality.
A bleed margin of 2 inches is strongly advised. This is because eyelets are placed within this area, and including critical text or imagery here may result in them being pierced.
Preparing for Print & Customer Approval
- We convert all designs to CMYK (no Pantone), which may slightly affect colors.
- You will receive a print-ready version by email for approval.
- Color difference of 10–15% is normal due to monitor and printer variations.
- If files are print-ready, they go to production immediately. Otherwise, we’ll contact you.
- Written approval is mandatory before printing begins.
- Approvals after 12:00 PM are processed next business day.
Banner Printing Quality Notice
Our banners are printed using large-format technology meant to be viewed from distances of over 2 meters.
If you require ultra-high-resolution prints, our standard method may not suffice. View samples on our website to confirm print quality.

- No warranty against wear and tear
- Size tolerance: ±2–5 cm
Shipping & Handling
- Shipping starts after final print approval (not payment).
- Printed and shipped in 5–6 working days. Plan early.
- Packages over 110×110cm are folded, which may cause creases (not a defect).
- Rigid items are couriered; rolled shipping available on request with extra charges.
- Standard shipping: £8.49 per order
Express & Urgent Orders
- Express options: 24, 48, or 72 hours
- Fees shown at checkout based on your order value
- Orders after 1:00 PM may incur 50% surcharge for next-day delivery
Returns & Refund Policy
- Complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Printed items are non-returnable unless there’s a print or size issue.
- Damaged packaging? Refuse the parcel.
- Delays by courier aren’t refundable — dispatch scan is proof.
- Returns must be made at your cost unless fault proven.
- Refunds only if returned within 24 hours of delivery.
Fraud Prevention Policy
All printed banners are photographed and weighed before dispatch. Courier manifests are used as shipment proof.
Fraudulent claims will be pursued legally and all costs recovered.
Phone Number Use & Consent for Updates
- We use your number for order updates and optionally promotions.
- Using WhatsApp chat = consenting to updates via WhatsApp/SMS.
- To opt out of promotions, reply “STOP”. Order updates will continue.
- We only share your info with partners like couriers. See our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
- We may use printed designs for promotional use.
- All designs remain our intellectual property, even if your images/text were used.
- If refunded, 50% design fee will be deducted from the refund.
